Perth Youth Orchestra – Rotary Concert 10 September, Perth Concert Hall.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all members of the orchestra and their parents for their part in what was without a doubt one of PYO’s busiest years – Nicola Benedetti Workshop, ChildLine, Music Camp and Concert, Perth Festival of the Arts, Prague Tour, Recording and Autumn Concerts. A massive commitment from all concerned!
As a result of the orchestra’s excellent reputation, PYO has been invited to perform at the National Rotary Concert at Perth Concert Hall on Saturday 10 September. Details of this date were intimated on previous letters in June and July.
The orchestra will perform the Scottish Dances by Malcolm Arnold and Lord of the Dance in the 2nd half of the concert.
I would be grateful if everyone could be at Perth Concert Hall for 8.30pm.

The orchestra will have finished playing by 9.30pm.
